Kobe University Summer School of Asian Law and Dispute Management

On Sunday 15 August 2021, Neil Dowers led a seminar at the first session of the Kobe University Summer School of Asian Law and Dispute Management.

The theme of this year’s summer school is “Many Futures of Dispute Management” and Neil’s lecture covered “London as the Hub of International Business Dispute Management”.

More than 130 students, lawyers and academics from across the Asia Pacific region attended the event, including guests from Japan, Korea, China, Macau, Hong Kong, Vietnam and Malaysia. Barristers from 4 Pump Court regularly accept instructions from lawyers across the Asia Pacific region.
