In this new edition of this comprehensive work Edward, who developed DPAs for use in this jurisdiction when Solicitor General, offers a full overview of the DPA legislation set in both a national and international context, with a full explanation of the scope of the Crime and Courts Act 2013 and relevant guidance as well as an update on all the recent DPAs. This follows on from his contribution to the 2nd edition.
The book as a whole provides a detailed insight into anti-corruption measures and sentencing and is written by expert practitioners in white collar international crime. It is both authoritative and accessible, with a clear emphasis on all practical issues with each chapter ending with a bullet-point list summarising key points to be considered.
