London International Disputes Week

4 Pump Court are delighted to be supporting London International Disputes Week 2019. Taking place from 7-10 May, the LIDW is hosting a series of sessions and events focusing on London as a leading centre for handling international disputes and on the future of international dispute resolution.

4 Pump Court are involved in two sessions during the week:

• 7th May 2019, “Technology and dispute resolution-innovation, disruption, evolution”, will discuss the rising importance of technology in English dispute resolution, and how the law is evolving as a result.
• 10th May 2019, “Shipping disputes: London, à la carte”, will explore both past and future themes of shipping disputes and the resources London offers to manage them. Arbitration, litigation and mediation will all be discussed from a range of different perspectives.
