Sean O’Sullivan KC and James Leabeater will be speaking at the London Shipping Law Centre, Maritime Business Forum.

The seminar titled The Arbitration Act 1996 – 20 years on – Views from the Bar will be chaired by Lord Saville of Newdigate.

Sean and James will be speaking alongside ten other members of the Bar, with Louis Flannery from Stephenson Harwood and Bruce Harris, LMAA Arbitrator summarising.

The event will be held at 1 Finsbury Circus, London, EC2M 7SH on Thursday10th March 2016. Registration from 3.45pm.
