The Society of Computers and Law (SCL) have announced today that their work on the new adjudication procedure for resolution of technology disputes in England and Wales is almost complete.

Matthew Lavy is amongst a select group working with the SCL to deliver the procedure designed to enable a more timely and cost-effective resolution for IT and technology disputes.

Technology and construction disputes are two of 4 Pump Court’s core practice areas and as such members of 4 Pump Court are uniquely placed to deal with disputes by way of ADR and litigation arising from both industries, as well as all disputes that cross the borders between the two.

The procedure is due to launch in September 2019. More information about the key features of the new adjudication procedure is available on the SCL website.
