Norwegian Maritime Law Day 2021 – Nick Vineall KC

Norwegian Maritime Law Day 2021 will be taking place on 17 November where Nick Vineall KC will be speaking on the Supreme Court landmark judgment, Halliburton v Chubb. Nick will specifically address the test for apparent bias and arbitrators’ duties of disclosure following the decision.
