On 12 November 2018 Matthew Lavy will be taking part in The Law Society’s second of three public sessions as a witness, where the use of algorithms in the justice system will be explored.

This second session aims to present insights into the making, sale and use of algorithms in the justice system in England and Wales. The Commission will attempt to predict future developments in order to understand what may arise.
