On Wednesday 1 November 2023 from 6pm, ‘Current Trends in Renewable Energy disputes’ in-person seminar will be held at 4 Pump Court. The seminar will be hosted by The Young Members Group of the Ciarb London Branch. Topics will include:
- The growing trend of disputes in the renewable energy sector, including construction disputes, commercial disputes and investor-state disputes.
- Arbitration’s role as the natural forum for renewable energy disputes and whether it is fit for purpose.
- Looking to the future and consider whether the pursuit to net zero means there will be more disputes of this kind.
The seminar will begin at 6.30pm and will last until approx. 7.45pm
There will be a drinks / networking reception from 7.45pm to 9pm
The seminar will be moderated by Mark McMahon (Senior Associate, Stewarts). The panel of speakers includes:
